Privacy
Controller: the natural person trading as Snoeters Software. Publisher details: Legal notice. This page is not legal advice.
What we process
Account email and session tokens to sign you in. Watch configuration and API keys if you use those features. Transactional email (magic link, billing, Friday-snapshot watches you enabled) is sent with Amazon SES in Europe (Stockholm). The site is hosted on a Contabo VPS. Paddle is an independent controller for card and tax data.
SKU / catalogue files stay in the browser. We may receive identifier rows you choose to hydrate (brand, model, barcode, row index) — not the spreadsheet file.
Cookies
Strictly necessary storage only (session and security). No advertising, analytics, or live-chat cookies on this product.
Retention and rights
Close your account in the app: we stop watch mail immediately and delete account data after 30 days. Email info@snoeterssoftware.nl for access or erasure requests.
